Define Regions

Objective

The Define Regions function, based on the CCQ region number, is linked to the Employee Management function.

The region is used to generate the employer's monthly CCQ report.

 

Steps

maestro* > Time Management > Maintenance > Time Management > Define Regions maestro* > Time Management > Maintenance > Payroll > Define Regions

 

Create a region

1. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Code field.

 

Field	Description
Code	Region code.
French Description	French description to describe the region.
English Description	English description to describe the region.

2. Click Save.
